to take a picture of your computer screen
and then add it to a document.
Once the picture has been added please include as much information as possible, including which application you were using and what you were trying to do. This document can then be either emailed from your standard email client or via our website. The document below is stored in a PDF (Portable Document Format) and requests a free reader which is available for Adobe
